1. Service Description. diligent.bio provides AI-generated adversarial diligence reports on biotech companies and ideas. Reports are generated for informational and internal analytical purposes only.

2. No Investment Advice. Nothing produced by this service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to participate in any financing. All investment decisions require independent diligence and professional judgment.

3. AI-Generated Content. Reports are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. The service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

4. Confidentiality. Documents you upload are processed for analysis and are not stored permanently. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality during transmission and processing. Do not upload documents containing trade secrets or material non-public information unless you accept this risk.

5. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, diligent.bio and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.

6. Subscriptions & Credits. Access is provided via monthly subscriptions (5 credits, expiring at the end of each billing cycle), annual subscriptions (15 credits issued every 3 months, each batch expiring 3 months from its issue date), or single-report credits ($99 each, expiring 30 days after purchase). Credits are consumed on a first-expiring, first-out basis. Unused credits expire at the end of their respective period and do not roll over. Upon cancellation, remaining credits stay active until their natural expiry. Refunds are not provided for unused or expired credits.

7. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use this service for market manipulation, insider trading, or any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
